The carvings and claw feet were what drew me to this piece and to ultimately accept the challenge. I found some old glass knobs in my collection and they accent this piece so well! After some fixing and elbow grease aka old English polish, it looks so pretty that I couldn’t be the one to paint it, if thsts what the next owner decides.

Restored Secretary Desk
When I got this beauty, I wasn’t sure it would turn out very well. The desk organizer had fallen out, the top lock was stuck in locked position(I used a dremel to cut an old barrel key to size and it worked like a charm), and it was missing drawer hardware. Not to mention dirty and scuffed in places.
